HOW TO USE THE PAYMENT PORTAL

 

THE SALLY PHILLIPS PAYMENT PORTAL HAS BEEN CREATED TO GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO MAKE EASY PROGRESS PAYMENTS TO THEIR SEASONAL PRE ORDERS.

ONCE A PRE ORDER HAS BEEN CREATED EITHER VIA AN IN PERSON APPOINTMENT, OVER THE PHONE/EMAIL OR VIA A FACETIME VIDEO APPOINTMENT, THE CUSTOMER WILL PLACE A MINIMUM 30% DEPOSIT AS CONFIRMATION.

ONCE ALL OPPORTUNITIES FOR PRE ORDER HAVE CLOSED AND PRODUCTION HAS BEGUN, CUSTOMERS CAN UTILISE OUR PAYMENT PORTAL TO MAKE SELF MANAGED PROGRESS PAYMENTS TO THEIR ORDER UNTIL THE ANTICIPATED DELIVERY DATE.

ALL PRE ORDERS NEED TO BE FULLY PAID AT COLLECTION OR BEFORE SHIPPING.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE ONLY ACCEPT PAYMENTS VIA THE PAYMENT PORTAL, OVER THE PHONE OR IN PERSON. DIRECT BANK TRANSFERS ARE NOT AN ACCEPTED METHOD OF PAYMENT.
